ElestaBiz is a website and commerce platform operated by ElestaBiz. By creating an account or using ElestaBiz, you agree to these terms.

The service

ElestaBiz lets you build and run an online store: hosting, product catalog, checkout, orders, analytics, and related tools. Features vary by subscription plan, and we may add, change, or retire features over time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to operate the business you run on ElestaBiz.

Your content & your customers

You own the content you upload and the customer relationships on your store. You grant us the rights needed to host and display that content to run the service. You are responsible for the products you sell, for fulfilling orders, and for complying with laws that apply to your business (including consumer protection and tax law).

Acceptable use

Don’t use ElestaBizfor anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful — including selling prohibited goods, infringing others’ intellectual property, sending spam, or attempting to break or overload the service. We may suspend or remove stores that violate these rules.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay on the schedule shown at purchase. Plan prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Payments made to your store by your customers are between you and them, processed via your connected payment account.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElestaBiz’s liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will, on request, give you a reasonable opportunity to export your store data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
